Raimi does futuristic Wyatt Earp
The Quick and The Cyborg?!?

Hey Fools! Amazing how Sam Raimi is prolific now that Spiderman is off the tabel for him - seems like every other week he's rumored of attached to a new cool-sounding project. This time around he's going back to the western genre - back to the future...

Dreamworks acquired the rights to a graphic novel I had never heard about (sorry for its fans) called Earp: Saints for Sinners, and according to THR Raimi's the man to handle its guns. Report says the story re-imagines Wyatt Earp, set in a future in which he takes on outlaws in a ravaged society where the only boomtown left is Las Vegas.

So what does that mean for World of Warcraft? it only means he'll take his time to make a good film as opposed to rushing it and delivering a Bloodrayne instead of an LOTR. Though Earp won't be done tomorrow; Production Weekly confirmed last week that Raimi's next directing job would be Oz The Great and Powerful.
